Mrs. Osimokun Moronkeji Adedayo (nee Osifade) was born on December 22, 1939 at Ijebu Imusin. She attended St. Mary’s Anglican Primary School, Ijebu Imusin (1947 -1954), and Grade II Teacher College Sagamu (1958 -1961) to obtain her Grade II Teacher Certificate.  Between 1967 and 1968, she completed a course in Nursing at Krankenfpledge Schule Universitat Giessen, Western Germany. She became a registered Grade I Teacher in 1979.

Between 1962 and 1966, she served as Teacher Assistant in Lagos Local Government Authority Schools, Ipaja and Mushin, Lagos. She was a factory worker while on a private study in London from 1969 to 1970. She served as teacher and head teacher at Army Children Schools, Kaduna, from 1970 until her retirement in 1994. She was Supervisor to WAEC Exams in Kaduna from 1990 to 1994. In 1995, she established a private school in Kaduna which is still operational.

She is a member, Ijebu Imusin Planning Body Kaduna Branch (IPB Kaduna Branch). She likes playing netball and athletics. She is married to Rev. Agbolade Olatunji Osimokun.
